July is the time for sausage making for our family. We are celebrating this wonderful Italian tradition by offering a cured meat and wine tasting with Eric in our new cellar door.
First three weekends of July.
Times: 11.15am or 2pm sitting (approx 60 minute duration)
What: Max 8 participants. (must be over 18 years old)
4 x cured meats and 1 small tasting of pork ragu on baked polenta paired with 6 wine tastings.
Cost: $34 per person.
