This relaxed, educational experience highlights how acidity, sweetness, texture, and umami in tomatoes can transform the way a wine tastes. Set in our rustic cellar door, it’s an engaging way to deepen your understanding of food and wine pairing while enjoying some of La Fattoria’s alternate Italian wines grown here in the Perth Hills. Tastings are served responsibly, with the five pairings amounting to approximately one standard drink in total.
