An Italian lemon liqueur mainly produced in southern Italy. Traditionally, limoncello is made by steeping lemon zest, or peels without the pith, in alcohol until the oil is released. The resulting yellow liquid is then sweetened with a simple syrup. Our version has been sweetened with grape juice from our Fiano and Vermentino vines giving our limoncello a lighter, less viscous quality
