Hosted at our rustic Perth Hills cellar door, this interactive tasting explores how salt, oil, herbs and acidity influence the way a wine tastes. Along the way you’ll discover why olives have been a natural companion to wine around Mediterranean tables for generations. Tastings are served responsibly, with the five pairings amounting to approximately one standard drink in total.
